preface

Myanmar, in your impression, is a kind of existence. War? Golden Triangle? Emerald? Or Aung San Suu Kyi in the news?

Our visit to Myanmar started in Rangoon, the former capital, and ended in Mandalay, which has a beautiful uben bridge.

Yangon

People from different religious backgrounds live in harmony with the glory of the old capital and the strong urban integration.

Similar to the social situation in the early stage of domestic reform and opening up, people here are not rich, but stable and satisfied.

Pugan

"Every finger is a butcher", which is probably the most appropriate word to describe Pugan.

The air is filled with the smell of flying dust. Under the poisonous sun, walking a few steps is like wrapping dust all over the body.

In the early morning mist, on the vast plain, there are many pagodas and villages, which seem to be different from the world in the hazy.

Driving cattle and sheep, running dogs, people here simply and plainly repeat the lives of their ancestors, day after day.

Mandela

The four ancient cities highlight the glory of Myanmar.

If you come to the "thousand monks' meal" of mahaganayan monastery, I'm afraid you will be disappointed.

But the beautiful uben bridge, the best tourist punch in place, no matter on the bridge, under the bridge, in the morning and evening.

traffic

We go in from Rangoon and out from Mandalay. It's a round-trip flight. When you go, it's a direct flight. When you return, it's a connecting flight in Kunming.

Yangon and Mandalay basically take a taxi or rent a car, while Pugan chooses an electric scooter. It's our first time to ride, and we need it in Pugan. Apart from the fact that I fell into the field twice with my car, I was really the first choice for Pugan to travel freely.

visa

A treasure on the five-day visa.

currency

Exchange US dollars in China and Myanmar currency in Myanmar. I've seen the degree to which the local people in Myanmar are clinging to the old and new US dollars. You can't have any corners. You have to be new. When we are on the road, we can catch up with the sharp rise of the US dollar. Fortunately, there are still a lot of dollars left in Cambodia a few years ago, which is enough. The exchange rate of US dollar to Myanmar dollar is about 1510.

In Pugan, because there are more Chinese group tourists, some stores can also use RMB directly, but very few. We also met local people who asked us to change RMB into Myanmar currency.

tips

1. Sun protection, sun protection, a cliche.

2. Shoes (socks) basically don't need to wear anything beautiful, it's useless. They're all foot clippers. They're easy to put on and off. They're cheap and they're not afraid to put on the wrong ones. Because all the scenic spots in Myanmar are not allowed to wear shoes. Eight feet away from the scenic spots, you have to take off your shoes and walk all the way on all kinds of small stones. Considering the local daytime temperature is generally 35 ° Around, self brain light feet, hot ground, small gravel... Can't be more cool! Under such conditions, it's very flexible to exercise my toes. After returning to Beijing, I always feel that my toes are long:)

3. Burmese people have the habit of tipping. 2000 kyat is basically equal to 8 yuan. I feel like I'm a rich man in Myanmar. I have a lot of money to say.

4. Gay men can wear the local characteristics of clothing - Longji! It's just a big bucket of cloth. Put it in, fold it in half, and then pull it. It's the "drilling team" - hold on!

The journey begins!

Yangon

It's 11 o'clock at night when we arrived in Yangon. Take a taxi to the hotel quickly and have a good rest. The next day is the beginning of a wonderful journey!

Get up early, see from the hotel

Our hotel is in a very good location. You can see a lot of scenery just from the room:)

As the old capital of Yangon, the traffic on the main streets is also very heavy.

The hotel has a small swimming pool. For a few days in Rangoon, we went for a few laps every day.

The swimming pool is facing the Trinity Church, lying beside the swimming pool, looking at the Trinity Church is not only for me, but also the "hobby" of all tourists in this hotel.

Good friends, all my life together

Come on! I'll show you first! Step on the sandal and start to walk.

Every time we go to a new city, we like to start with a small local market.

This travel story is novel coronavirus pneumonia. The spread of the virus starts from a variety of small markets. I have to discuss with Lao Bi about whether tourism will start from a small market in the future?

How do Yangon people eat? Just like rice, choose different dishes, mix them together, and add seasoning!

There are all kinds of snacks in the market. It looks delicious, but we just came out after breakfast. Let's walk again

Betel nut! After eating, the tongue and mouth are black!

The local living standard in Yangon is very similar to that in the early days of reform and opening up. Clothing manufacturing is not popular enough. People buy cloth and find tailors to make clothes. Did you see gay men in Longji! Yeah! Interesting, isn't it! I asked old Bi to wear it. Because of his image, he just refused. Later, when he went to the big gold pagoda, he had to wear Longji. He just managed to wear one. When I wrote about the big gold pagoda, I posted the photo of him wearing Longji!!!

They sell lottery tickets in the market.

Street side building. The color of the facade is very rich, which means that the building looks like it has been in disrepair for a long time.

Su Leita

Suretta is a landmark in the central area of Yangon city. The city of Yangon extends around the pagoda. The tower is 46 meters high, its body is gilded, and its base is octagonal. It is said that the pagoda was built more than 2000 years ago. After the monk who welcomed the sacred objects returned from India, it was named after Sule, the patron saint of the age of kakusana Bodhisattva. Inside the pagoda is a statue of Sule, the patron saint of the sacred mountain where the Rangoon pagoda is located. There are many statues around the pagoda, the most remarkable of which is the Myanmar Zodiac sculpture. Burmese people divide the zodiac into eight zodiac signs, which vary from Monday to Sunday. Wednesdays are divided into two zodiac signs by morning and afternoon. Tourists can find their birthday date corresponding to the zodiac worship, is said to be able to seek shelter.

Buddhist kingdom, faith.

Local people, men and women, old and young, like to put a kind of plant juice on their faces, called "Turner card". It is said that sunscreen and skin care, I personally practice, sunscreen and skin care effect is not clear, is a long time, all dry fall from the face

Walking out of suletta, I happened to meet a local TV station recording a program. The hostess is pretty.

It's like Burma's Independence Monument.

The little girl by the side of the road. You raise the camera and she's embarrassed. At a young age, I knew how to be beautiful. I painted Turner card on my face, and I didn't forget to draw my eyebrows.

Yangon City Hall

The town hall is located in the center of Yangon. There are many important landmarks near the town hall, such as surekin tower, mahabandura Park, Myanmar Supreme Court and general post office. The local government building in Yangon was designed by Burmese architect udin who once designed Yangon central station. The architectural style of Yangon city hall is a combination of colonial style building and Burmese style roof. The roof is regarded as a model of Burmese architecture because of the traditional hierarchical structure of "payata".

Relief on the wall of the town hall. Is this a dragon? Snake?

After walking all morning, let's have something to eat and feel the local prices in Rangoon. Such a good lunch is about 60 yuan, which is still cheap.

Having enough to eat and drink, I suddenly remembered that Lao Bi didn't bring his swimming trunks. He was going to buy swimming trunks in the afternoon.

Opposite to our hotel is Aung San market. Originally, I thought there were swimsuits in the market. After a while, they all sold cloth, tailors and small gift shops.

Left asked right asked, just found a supermarket like shop near the hotel, spent about 30 yuan to buy one. It's said that the quality is very good, and it's fast drying, no worse than the big brands in China.

Holy Trinity Church in Yangon

Next to our hotel is Trinity Church. Red brick walls, white minarets, Catholic church with strong traditional English style.

It's the church that I watch by the pool every day. It's very beautiful. There may be a wedding in the afternoon, which is being arranged. Flowers everywhere, very romantic

After a short rest in the hotel pool, we decided to go to a famous scenic spot in the evening - Rangoon pagoda.

The grand pagoda of Rangoon

Rangoon gold pagoda is located on Mount St. dingudala. It is the highest place in Rangoon and the center of Myanmar's Buddhist belief. The tapered main tower is nearly 100 meters high. The body of the tower is wrapped in gold foil. There are thousands of gold and silver bells hanging around the tower. Countless gems are inlaid on the crown of the tower. There is also a 76 carat diamond on the top of the tower. In the morning and evening, when the sun is slanting, the dazzling golden pagoda is more shining, and the lights are still on at night, which is magnificent.

When night falls, believers can take part in lighting the Buddhist lanterns around the tower.

Dangdangdang!!! Let's see old Bi in LongKey! Well, actually, I don't think it's anything. It's just a skirt.

In the process of traveling, we should try our best to integrate the local culture and living habits. For example, I will also wear oderma in Vietnam

This pagoda temple is indeed the largest one we have ever seen in Myanmar. When we arrived in the evening, our eyes were full of gold. I was not allowed to wear shoes. I accidentally sprained my ankle into the drainage ditch beside the pagoda, and the sole of my foot was green. It hurt for several days, ah

It's very fragrant!

We're all filming, not just the two of us

There are many believers.

Coming out of the big gold pagoda, it's almost 8 p.m., so hungry. Take a taxi to the night market on 19th Street!

19th Street is very busy. Local people and foreign tourists sit together and eat a lot!

I feel very much like fanwulao street in Saigon, but laobi feels more like bar street in Siem Reap.

Fruit is much cheaper than domestic, you can eat more ha!

Came to 19 street, unexpectedly bumped into a net red shop by mistake. The landlady is from Yunnan. The seafood barbecue is really delicious with a lot of Yunnan seasonings! On the TV at the door is a domestic tourism program that Lao Bi and I often watch. No wonder we think this store is so familiar!

Stir fried shellfish with spicy sauce, fragrant! But I restrained myself a little bit and didn't eat too much! Because last year I went to Kaifeng for a trip, I had two plates of spicy fried razor clams. My bed was full of pain, and my memory was so fresh!

A lobster, worth 100 yuan. super value!

The method of stewing prawns in oil is really... Amazing! I'm very picky about food! There is very little food to my taste. Since I said delicious, it's really no choice! No wonder this shop is not big. It's full at night. It's open until early in the morning!

Full of wine and food, back to the hotel to have a rest!

When I got up early, I met someone in the hotel to hold a wedding. For the first time, bridesmaids are the same when they see their brides get married in cool slippers.

This gives me a quick understanding of Myanmar's traditional clothing. I've seen Burmese dance by the Oriental Song and dance troupe before, and I still think that such a long tailed dress can't make a big move. It's more cumbersome than the Dai skirt. When I came to Myanmar this time, I realized that the program of Oriental Song and dance troupe is not nonsense

Our hotel in Yangon should have a good reputation in the local area! I lived for three days, one for the wedding and the other for the graduation ceremony of a university. A lot of students

The hotel has direct access to a large shopping mall with a supermarket. The goods are quite complete.

Myanmar beer is a local beer in Myanmar. Old Bi said it was a very good beer. I'm not interested in wine. I can't drink it.

Everything! Spicy pot

Yangon railway station

Yangon's railway station and railway were built during the British unification period. The appearance of the railway station looks grand, but it's very shabby. The train track is still the same as before. The train speed is slow, much slower than the car, and it will stop at the station for a long time, so I sweat all over.

There is a so-called "kind girl" at the entrance of the railway station. She is willing to take you to the train you want to take. The price is that when you get to the platform, she tells you that she doesn't take the road for nothing. You want to buy a bucket of mineral water in her hand, 1500 Kyats, about 7 yuan. The fare is not cheap. I don't like this way. I prefer to tell me that I can take us to the platform, but I have to give 1500 Kyats. In this case, I will pay happily after measuring~~~

Moreover, we have heard that the origin of the mineral water sold in this way is a little unclear, so it is better not to drink it as much as possible.

The snack stand in front of the railway station. You can choose whatever you like

When the train arrived at the station, there was no one on board. Stopped on the platform for half an hour, got on a lot of people.

In fact, the train is a good place for photography. But it was really hot on the train. I was dressed to be a model, but I became a photographer, jumping up and down

Look, heat me up! Even so, I am still engaged in street photography! When I shoot local people close up, I usually ask if I can shoot them first, and they agree with me before I shoot them. This is more polite:)

Beautiful Muslim girl. It's so beautiful!

It's brother and sister

Considering that the train in Yangon is really slow and too hot. So we got off at a stop, which is very close to the Myanmar National Museum. We are going to see if there are any treasures in the museum~~~

National Museum of Myanmar

The museum introduces Myanmar's history from history, religion, crafts and other aspects. The first floor displays treasures of Myanmar's past dynasties, the second floor displays all kinds of Buddhist works of art, and the third floor displays paintings.

The museum exhibits a wide range of items, including both Royal treasures and old weapons. In addition, there are also preserved the Buddhist tools, relic and various Buddhist scriptures left by the eminent monks of the past dynasties.

It's really an all inclusive Museum.

All bags are not allowed to be taken, and should be stored at the door.

Let's take a look at some exhibits. It certainly can't compare with the national treasures of European powers and Russia. But after all, it is also the best display of a country's history and culture.

Ruby! Myanmar is rich in not only the most favorite jadeite of Chinese people, but also the best non burnt pigeon blood ruby in the world. Look! The emperor's clothes are inlaid with

Burmese curved harp seems to have a familiar name - Phoenix head konghou. Can you understand this! In this museum, there is a floor full of curved instruments.

Qiaodajiwo Buddhist temple

The largest indoor Reclining Buddha statue in Myanmar is worshipped in jodaki Reclining Buddha Temple. This large Reclining Buddha is 20 meters long and 5.4 meters high. It was first built in 1907. After various natural disasters, it officially became the current large Reclining Buddha statue in 1960. Originally, it was a huge open-air sitting Buddha. Later, it was transformed into its present appearance by using a large number of Burmese jade. The face of the reclining Buddha is exquisitely decorated. Not only are the glass inlaid eyes clear and vivid, but also the eyelashes are thick and slender. The Buddha gently holds his head with his right hand, and his eyes are watching all living beings. He looks open-minded and serene, as if he is listening to the faithful prayers of believers. Behind the head of the reclining Buddha is the patron saint representing the week of birth. If you bring a camera, you may as well lengthen the lens to find your patron saint. There are 108 Buddha feet carved on the sole board of one person's feet, representing 108 reincarnations of human beings. In each case, there is a kind of image in the six samsara. The English beside explains the meaning of each image one by one. Among them, 59 cases are the world of human beings, 21 cases are the world of animals, and 28 cases are the world of gods, representing the lofty significance of Buddha's transcending these levels and not reincarnating in the three realms. At the foot of the reclining Buddha is the shrine of Saint Marcel. He has the magic power to stop the rain, and can protect the merchants and the sailors. At the end of the big foot, there is a platform for photographers to take photos, where you can take detailed pictures of the bottom plate of the big foot and the head of the reclining Buddha.

This Buddha statue is very big, and the face of the Buddha statue is more popular. It's very beautiful. I've never seen a Buddha with such a face.

Little boy lighting Buddha lamp:)

In the evening, I wanted to go to the barbecue on 19th Street, because it was so delicious! But considering that we have been in Yangon for three days and will fly to Bugan tomorrow, should we try authentic Burmese restaurants. I searched online and went directly to this restaurant. It should be the best Burmese restaurant in Yangon. There are a lot of people, and the taste of the dishes is only unsatisfactory. It's the lowest cost-effective meal in this trip. It costs more than 200 yuan, and I'm not satisfied with the food. It seems that expensive is not always good!

We regret that we didn't go to the 19th Street barbecue last night! I have no chance to eat again! That's what travel is all about

I got up early today, and the plane flew directly to Liangwu.

When setting the itinerary, I saw that many tourists chose to take a overnight bus to Liangwu. Some also said that the safety of domestic aircraft in Myanmar was not guaranteed. After weighing the two of us, we still think that airplanes save more time. Facts have proved that the decision is right. It's only an hour and a half from Rangoon to Liangwu.

Several photos were taken at the airport, and domestic brands can be seen everywhere.

Pugan

On July 6, 2019, at the meeting of the World Heritage Committee, Pugan was officially included in the world cultural heritage list.

There are a large number of Buddhist buildings in Pugan with different styles. As for the number of Buddhist buildings in Bugan, there is a popular saying among Burmese people that there are 4.446 733 Buddhist buildings in Bugan. This exaggeration has no credible basis, but it shows that there are many Buddhist buildings in Bugan. In 1438 ad, the invar Dynasty made statistics on the number of Buddhist buildings in Pugan area, and the data at that time was 4474. At present, the latest statistics are 3122, including 1745 pagodas and caves, 431 temples, 54 altar and underground caves. From the above data, the total number of brick structure and wood structure Buddhist buildings in Pugan area during the Pugan Dynasty should not be less than 5000.

City of ten thousand pagodas! Here we are!

When you get off the plane, you must take a group photo at the airport to commemorate:)

The weather in Bugan is much better than that in Yangon. It's cloudless and the ultraviolet light is so strong that I think I'm in Siem Reap.

Out of the airport, took a taxi, straight to the hotel.

We chose to stay in the gate hotel of old Bugan talaba. In terms of geographical location, it's very advantageous. It's very close to most of the pagodas. The disadvantage is that in the old city, there are not so many restaurants. Most of the meals have to be done in hotels. There are also many roadside stalls where we can eat. After only one meal, we are afraid of unsanitary. Therefore, many tourists choose to live in new Pugan or Liangwu. In this way, they have more choices of accommodation and more restaurants to eat.

We are also very satisfied with the hotel room, which is big and spacious, with a small yard for drying clothes.

There have been hotel staff planting flowers outside the room. In the past few days, the land in front of us has been cultivated.

There is a food basket made for squirrel on the tree beside the swimming pool of the hotel. Every morning when we eat, we can see the hotel staff putting food into the basket. The little squirrel moves too fast and doesn't take pictures very clearly: (~

The mineral water provided by the hotel is in glass bottles, which is quite unique!

Because it's noon when we arrive at the hotel, we'll have a rest after check-in. We're going to have a meal in the hotel and discuss our plan of Pugan tour tower.

The dishes of the hotel may be my order is not good, I don't think it's delicious. But the dinner buffet we had in the hotel in the next two days was really delicious, with rich dishes and the right taste.

Come on, let's take a look at our transportation before we go to Bugan tower.

Two electric scooters. It's our first ride. There's a car rental shop right in front of the hotel. The price seems to be 8000 Kyats (I haven't written travel notes for a long time, so I can't remember the price clearly. Lao Bi said it might be 4000), which is 40 yuan. They are all domestic brands, but opal is not a cabinet? Is there an electric car

I feel like I'm the worst one in Bugan. The speed is fast and slow. The key point is that the car is a little too heavy for me. In the field of Bugan, where there is a lot of dust, it's very easy for me to ride on a stone and then lean into the field on the side... The experience is really a bit bumpy.

Nevertheless, after adjusting to the half day ride, we decided that the electric bicycle was the first choice in Bugan tower. Freedom to come and go, where you want to go, also recommend donkey friends as the first choice.

Ananda Temple

Ananda temple is located in the east of Pugan ancient city wall. Built in 1105, it is the most complete and beautiful Buddhist temple in Pugan. It is famous for its symmetry and balance. The pagoda in the center of the temple is known as the No.1 Pagoda in Pugan. Its construction technology greatly surpasses the previous pagodas and integrates the unique style of Myanmar. The main center of the temple is Ananda tower, which is about 51 meters high. The white tower body is stacked in layers. The Indian style minaret like corn ear is covered with gold foil and inlaid with countless dazzling jewelry, which is particularly grand and dazzling in the sunlight. On the outer wall of the pagoda are thousands of Buddha statues and painted pottery reliefs of Buddha's life story. Although the green background can only be seen through wind and rain, we can still see the process of the Buddha's painstaking cultivation, meditation and ultimate realization of becoming a Buddha. Around the main tower, there are many small towers, Buddha statues and various animal and animal statues.

When we got to Ananda, the temple was under repair. I heard before I came to Myanmar that many pagodas have been damaged since the 2016 Pugan earthquake. Considering the protection of pagodas, basically all the pagodas you see in Pugan can't reach the top now. So, when you look at the travel notes of other donkey friends on the Internet, you should be clear about them. All of a sudden, I envy those donkey friends who came to Pugan before the earthquake in 2016. They ride a small motorcycle, search for every Buddhist pagoda in the field, grope for the ancient and old stairs, use both hands and feet, and then climb to the top... Well, so if you want to go to many places, you have to go early. Many scenery will not always wait for you there. So is life, Have fun in time... I'm talking a little bit deeply about deviation~~~

Ananda, it's beautiful! It's very middle eastern. White walls and golden roofs are magnificent and dazzling.

Group photo must be taken, because the temple is so beautiful!!!

It's not easy to take photos! Take a close look at Lao Bi's toes. They don't touch the ground. Why? Because at 2 and 3 p.m., the outdoor temperature is nearly 35 °, There's no shelter on the ground. I estimate it's 60 degrees ° Well, if you knock an egg on the ground, it will be cooked. It's extremely hot. It's really not easy for us to quickly pose and squeeze out a little smile. What's more, there are a lot of small stones on the ground, pricking feet!

Well, kneeling is better than standing barefoot:)

There are many domestic tour groups in Myanmar. After the reform, we are much richer. We can travel every year, and the camera in our hand is not bad!

Are these two Thai girls? I don't feel like a compatriot, like a Southeast Asian, with Turner card on his face

The ground outside the tower is too hot. Turn inside the tower~~~

You shoot the scenery in the tower, and the people who shoot the scenery shoot you in the tower.

After visiting Ananda, it's nearly 4:30. We decided to ride a scooter in Pugan's field and fly~~~

Of course, you can also choose to take a carriage!

"Ruishanduta"

It used to be the best place to climb to the top and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. It was also the only ancient tower with climbing stairs built outside the tower. But now, no climbing! The Burmese Language of ruishanduta is very similar to the Chinese language of "Xu Sanduo", so I've been listening to you saying Xu Sanduo everywhere. I thought Wang Baoqiang was coming!

Ruishandu pagoda is an elegant white pyramid Pagoda with five steps. It is the best place to watch the sunrise and sunset. After climbing to the top, you can see the temple of Pugan in all directions. This feeling of waiting for a miracle with people from all over the world is very wonderful, warm and intoxicating. This is the introduction of Ctrip. It's all once.

If you also plan to visit Bugan, you may see from many pictures and video materials that at sunrise and sunset, every floor of Ruishan capital tower is full of tourists, but that was once. Now, not only the stairs are closed, but also there is a special guard, so the tower can't go up!

If you don't go to the tower, at sunset, the sunset can't let you down! Take a selfie~~~

Ruishanduta out, we fell into a field, a wild tower... Just against the setting sun.

You see, although the famous pagodas have not allowed tourists to climb to the top, in fact, many unknown pagodas are scattered on the vast land of old Bugan. The local people are willing to take you to find them one by one, climb them, watch the sunrise and sunset, and see the clouds rolling and relaxing... Of course, correspondingly, you need to pay a certain fee.

When we were trapped in a wild tower, some local people stopped us and wanted to take us to the tower. They told us that there were many beautiful murals in the tower, which was worth exploring. We didn't choose to go together in the end. There's no other reason. It's just that it's hard to get up barefoot. So, if you see my travel notes and want to try to climb the wild tower, I think it's ok if you have enough physical strength:)

It's good to watch the sunset from a high point, but it's also good to clap from a distance.

You see, the animal world appears... Dog family:)

As the sun sets below the horizon, we're looking for a place to eat.

There is a roadside stall beside the hotel, which is operated by the old lady and her son. We decided to try. But after eating, I regret it. I'm worried about being infected. You have to be careful in the future. You can't eat at the roadside stall!

This big table, a total of more than 40 RMB! I counted and the old lady served us 24 dishes.

See the cat beside Lao Bi? He jumped up directly and lay down on Lao Bi without any reserve

When I got back to the hotel, I happened to meet a clerk playing a dulcimer to the tourists in the restaurant. It was like a dulcimer. I sat up and tried it. Hee hee~~~

This whole day, very busy and tired, get up early to catch a plane, to Pugan and stroll in the afternoon. Well, considering that tomorrow morning, we've decided to go to the hot air balloon. We also have to get up early. Let's go back to our room and have a good rest.

Hot air balloon

I didn't want to go in a balloon in Burgan. Because the original time of our trip was after the National Day holiday, when the rainy season had just started in Bugan, we had not yet fully entered the dry season. Only one company has started to receive customers, and the other two are not open yet. And we really can't get to Pugan, so we are ready to give up.

However, due to work reasons, our itinerary has been postponed for more than a month. After much deliberation, we made a reservation even though the price of the balloon was not cheap. Well, feel it before you go to Turkey:)

At 5:30 in the morning, the hot air balloon company's minibus came to pick us up.

Let's sit around and talk about the precautions. After all, it's too early to eat anything.

It's starting to inflate ~ ~ ~ look, I'm happy:)

Ready to take off together, still a bit spectacular!

Our balloon is on fire!

Well, looking down at Pugan from a hot air balloon, it really feels very different!

In fact, in the early morning, when the sun rises, the advection fog floating in the forest, like ribbons wrapped around the waist of the pagoda. I think this should be the main reason that attracts countless photography lovers.

We met a couple in Pugan. They came to Pugan from Dalian specially for shooting pagodas. It's been two days since sunrise and sunset.

This kind of scene always reminds me of the mountain, the man and the dog

The total flight time of hot air balloon is about one hour. It's not cold at all. Because feel the temperature from the fuel!

To celebrate a safe landing, open the champagne!

Another hot air balloon company:)

Our hot air balloon tour is over! Very happy! it ' s a rewarding trip! To a certain extent, it makes up for the regret of not being able to climb the tower, and uses a collective photo as a memorial!!! See us? Hey, hey~~~

After the balloon ride, go back to the hotel for breakfast. We're going to start a new day of tower shopping~~~

I've improved a lot in cycling today, ha ha! The famous talaba gate! Old Bugan's wall!

The palace of buganjin

Located in the northwest corner of the Pugan plain, opposite to the real palace, puganjin palace was opened to the public in 2008. The building itself does not retain much of the style of the original palace building, but it is still the spokesman of the kingdom of Bugan on the plain. Just look at the meaning.

There is a performance here in the evening, we decided to come back in the evening!

What a lovely little girl

Besides foreign tourists like us, there are also quite a lot of tourists in Myanmar. I took some pictures with me.

All kinds of small stalls selling goods.

Tenaka is this kind of stump like plant, grinds out the juice and spreads it on the face.

When the palace comes out, we ride a small motorcycle and get lost in the pagodas of different sizes and styles in Pugan. Each pagoda is totally different. Moreover, the sculptures of the pagodas are complicated and the Buddha statues are solemn. Although many of them are under repair, they still can't cover up the shocking light.

The process of looking for the tower is the most interesting, but to tell you the truth, because there are so many, I really can't remember their names. I'll leave a souvenir in the photo.

All kinds of skin colors are just like us. The tourists who are looking for the pagoda in buganpingyuan

Noon, only such a small cool is the most comfortable place!

Last photo of Lao Bi! He may think he's pretty handsome in this one

Around each pagoda, there are such children drawing and selling.

The most common means of transportation for local people on the road is the double decker minibus refitted from this minivan. They don't recognize students at all. As long as you say hello to them, you will get a response! The bugans are really simple!

Museum of archaeology, Pugan

Pugan Archaeological Museum is a museum displaying Pugan's history and archaeology. It has a large scale and obvious architectural style of Pugan. The museum has a rich collection of Buddhist works such as statues and sculptures. It mainly shows that Pugan, a small town with a long history, has left a splendid culture for future generations, which is the epitome of Pugan from ancient times to the present.

Look, how harmonious my back is with the local people!

The pagoda of bhupaye

Bupaye pagoda is located on the South Bank of the old Bugan Irrawaddy River. The pagoda currently seen was rebuilt after the 1975 earthquake. It is said that the original pagoda was built in 200 ad, which is one of the oldest pagodas in Pugan area. The builder was the third king of the kingdom of Bugan.

One of the oldest pagodas in Pugan area, the gourd shaped pagoda seems to tell a fairy tale.

The best point of Pugan tower

Because Bugan is not allowed to climb the tower now, many tourists are inevitably disappointed. The local government has specially built such an artificial viewing platform to facilitate the majority of tourists to view. This viewing platform should be the commanding height of the whole Bugan plain!

We came here at sunset and happened to meet the couple who came to puganpaita from Dalian. Their cameras are the same as ours. I was also asked whether to take pictures of scenery or humanities? I don't have any direction. It's blind shooting. I mainly rely on the camera

Their husband and wife were also photographed here at sunrise today. After seeing their photos, well, it's different from the scenery we saw on the hot air balloon. The key to shooting is to use telephoto to make it more beautiful:)

Performance

At 7:30 p.m., we went to the palace again to experience the Burmese style performance.

I must make complaints about this performance. Until the beginning of the performance, there were only two audiences, Lao Bi and I. After the opening, there were three more spectators. The performance in the open air is so poor that I almost fell asleep

Finally, just hold up your eyes and take a picture with all the cast members to show respect.

So many actors, our audience is only 5 people, it is also very dedicated!

Today is the third day in Bugan, continue to ride a small motorcycle around the tower

What kind of tower is this? I don't know

The Buddha statue in the tower is really beautiful!

The Bugan people are not rich, but they show their highest respect for the construction of pagodas and statues. This should be the powerful power of faith!

In Bugan, each tower is basically guarded by a family. The three children of the tower keeper:)

Generally, these tower keepers will live on the edge of the tower. Some towers were built by the ancestors of the tower keepers.

What are these little dishes for?

The original masonry of the tower is not good in some places.

Through the tower gate, it is still the scenery.

"Reese Lighthouse"

One of the most famous pagodas in pukan is also the prototype of the Ruiguang Pagoda in Yangon.

As soon as I arrived at the pagoda, I felt familiar. It turned out to be the prototype of the grand Pagoda in Yangon.

I am very impressed by this pagoda. I didn't take the picture below. My best friend sent it to me. Because when we arrived, it was already in the afternoon, and the sun was direct, so we couldn't take such a beautiful picture. If you want to take pictures, you must get up early!

Warm tip: many women will take you to the pagoda and give you gold. Please ask the price first and then post it!

Devout believers.

The ordinary Bugan.

Coming out of the Reese lighthouse, we went straight to the suramani pagoda. I fell off the scooter again... How helpless, I couldn't lift the car with my arms~~~

"Dharmayangji pagoda"

Damayangjita is the largest Pagoda in the Bugan pagoda group, and it is also an outstanding representative of brick pagoda architecture. The red brick temple can be seen from all directions of Bugan. Damayanggita is known as the "pyramid" of Bagan. The arch of the tower is closely linked and has a unique shape. The windows in the cloister let in natural light to illuminate the interior of the pagoda. Damayangji pagoda is said to be the tower of cruelty. The builder, King narathu (the 45th king of the Bugan Dynasty, 1167-1170), was extremely cruel. Damayangji was also built to redeem his father alaungsithu and brother
